My buddy since childhood. We have traveled and explored intensively during our time together. Exploring most of Europe when we were 16, Budget Surf trips to France( my First), trips to Austria for ski adventures. He passed away last year and as a appreciation of our time together I dedicate this to him because he was/is one of my inspirations and love would always be there for him.

Meditation

Meditation has no patron of rules. There are many meditation formulas. Getting in touch with your chakras is done consciously and unconsiously. It's done in many ways. My way is done through power yoga, Surfing, or walking in real nature( for example) Don't judge over other people's ways of searching theirselves. Positive vibration is the only thing you can pass through.

Traveling has improved our well being and has brought us to a better understanding of the world but it also has damaged and even destroyed cultures and rich environment. The industrial revolution has also it's down side. The Amazone(for example) still has habitants that don't want contact with the 'outside' world. I think that their land is and should always be respected. There are many of those situations all around the world.... Industry goals should never win over important environmental issues. There is no good or bad but respect should always be in place. Tourism is positive when the local people, local animals and/or the local marine environment with their needs are not ignored....
